Biography

Vincent was born and raised in New Orleans where he attended Holy Cross High School. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University, then earned his Graduate Diploma in Civil Law and his Juris Doctorate at LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. In law school, Vincent excelled in mock trial competitions, and he earned a position on the Trial Advocacy Board.

Vincent has worked almost exclusively in the field of personal injury litigation since 2007 when he began clerking for a number of personal injury firms in both New Orleans and Baton Rouge.  Since becoming licensed to practice law in 2010, Vincent has successfully tried cases in every parish in the New Orleans Metropolitan area, including, Orleans, Jefferson, St. Tammany, St. Bernard, St. Charles, East Baton Rouge, Lafourche, and Calcasieu parish.

Despite having recovered over $20,000,000.00 for his personal injury clients in his career, Vincent has also successfully represented clients in the fields of Property and Casualty Litigation following Hurricanes Zeta and Ida, Workers’ Compensation, Criminal Defense, and Family Law.

In recognition of his outstanding work and advocacy on behalf of his clients, Vincent was selected Vincent was selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2014 – 2021. In 2022, he elevated from the ranks of “Rising Star” to being recognized as a “Super Lawyer”. He has been selected by New Orleans Magazine as one of their “Top Lawyers” in the field of personal injury in 2017 and is part of the one percent of practicing attorneys named a member of both the “Million Dollar Advocacy Forum” and “Multi Million Dollar Advocacy Forum.” Vincent has obtained this unprecedented level of success before the age of 40 as he also been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as one of their “Top 40 Under 40.”

He is admitted to practice in every parish court in the New Orleans metropolitan area, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District and Middle District of Louisiana.

Although his legal practice focuses predominantly on serious personal injury litigation, Workers’ Compensation, criminal defense, DWI, Vincent believes that an attorney should also be a lifetime advocate for clients. Because of this, Vincent strives to be there for his clients and to help with all of their legal needs.
