Vincent Scallan

Attorney Vincent Scallan is skilled at resolving the most complex legal disputes. Vincent’s background and legal knowledge give him the comprehensive perspective that makes him a skilled and effective advocate for injury victims in the greater New Orleans area and throughout Louisiana.

Vincent was born and raised in New Orleans where he attended Holy Cross High School. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University, then earned his Graduate Diploma in Civil Law and his Juris Doctorate at LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. In law school, Vincent excelled in mock trial competitions, and he earned a position on the Trial Advocacy Board.

Vincent began his career in the legal field by working for a number of personal injury firms in both New Orleans and Baton Rouge. In 2010, Vincent has successfully resolved a number of cases and litigated a variety of legal matters. He is admitted to practice in every parish court in the New Orleans metropolitan area, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

In recognition of his outstanding work and advocacy on behalf of his clients, New Orleans car accident lawyer Vincent was selected as a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers Magazine both in 2014 and in 2015. Vincent also was also selected by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the “Top 40 Under 40.”

Although his legal practice focuses predominantly on particular cases of personal injury law, criminal defense, DWI, and workers’ compensation, Vincent believes that an attorney should also be a lifetime advocate for clients.
