In this case, our client was involved in a head-on collision with an uninsured driver. He sustained a traumatic brain injury, as well as injuries to the cervical and lumbar regions of his spine and was unconscious for more than thirty minutes. Our client’s auto insurance company claimed that he rejected uninsured motorist (UM) coverage. A former handwriting analyst for the FBI was able to confirm that the insurance company forged his signature on the UM rejection form.
